Golden Gardens Park is a lovely public park in Ballard, a neighborhood of Seattle, WA. The beach is on Puget Sound. I loved coming across this old piece of wood that I imagine at some point must have been a post for a pier, that has been weathered down.
I appreciate contrast of the lines in the wood with the rocks.
